My order arrived on time. The battery takes some time to charge. The heat sensation is quick and I can't reduce the level. However, the vibration level is easy to adjust. I really like this period heating belt overall. the heating function is absolutely wonderful it warms up nicely and provides great comfort during cramps. the vibration feature is okay; i was expecting it to be a bit more intense, but it still helps to some extent. despite that, it does its job well and makes a noticeable difference. i would definitely rate this a 10/10!
